LALSA Annual Spring Break Trip
LALSA takes annual spring break trips to learn about foreign legal regimes, experience life and culture in a Latinx country, provide legal or community service to another Latinx community, and strengthen our Latinx identities and bonds as a club.
In 2017, LALSA partnered with Worthy Village on a six day trip to Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. The trip is heavily subsidized, and participants are only asked to pay for their airfare, meals, and personal expenses, after club fundraising efforts. Please see the video below with highlights from our 2017 trip!
Although COVID put a pause to our annual spring break trips, we are hoping to continue the tradition next year. To sponsor our 2024 trip, please email lalsa@law.upenn.edu.
